South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will embark on a working visit to the United States of America. He is scheduled to travel from the period of May 19- May 22 2025.
According to the South African government website , The Spokesperson to the President, Mr Vincent Magwenya confirmed that on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, President Ramaphosa will meet the United States of America President Donald Trump at the White House, in Washington DC to discuss bilateral, regional, and global issues of interest where the President’s visit to the US will provide a platform to reset the strategic relationship between the two countries. Further details of the visit will be communicated at a later stage.
